Talents Alliance is a Strengths-based training, coaching and business consulting academy focused on transforming the talents of teams and individuals into useful strengths that one can excel in their workplaces; families and personal lives. We also use the same principle to enable organizations to be more operationally competent, productive and competitive.
The principle that Talents Alliance adopts in its leadership fostering is PEOPLE ORIENTATION. We trust that every individual has his unique talents. Like a rough diamond hidden under a diamond mine, this kind of talents can always be uncovered, extracted and polished into a high value jewel. As Albert Einstein said in his famous quote, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Unfortunately, this way of judging people, even organizations, has not changed much since, leading to countless of folded talents or potential capabilities left behind in schools, businesses, the public, even every corner of our society.
Our goal is to help participants to either uncover or recover these talents, from either individually or collectively, polish them, and transform them into useful skills and competence as required. Our logic is simple. We offer a wide range of talent assessment and development programs including but not limited to strengths finding, skills training workshops, coaching, mentoring and business consulting. All these programs can be mastered nearing tailor made as a way of strengths optimization for both individuals and organizations.
